True Blood

August 23rd, 2010 § 0

Here we see the ideal: A hot vampiress biting into the thigh of a gorgeously-chested woman (Funny, so far the female vampires bite near the thigh, as if just inches from the cooch… and yet I haven’t the male vamps go down at all. Hm). As this indulgent devouring commences, the flamboyant Russell reclaims his reign of terror. With a quick rip of a reporter’s spine, he reassures our fears and pretty much shits all over the romance of the vamp.

Smack the Pony

August 19th, 2010 § 1

I’ve fallen in love with this all-female British export, Smack the Pony. The skits are hilarious and each episode is funnier than the last. This episode is from Season 1. I personally like the “Oh my God, he’s not gay” skit.

Crime and Consent on Crime and Punishment

August 10th, 2010 § 0

Ugh I feel so angry and sort of sick to my stomach. After watching an episode of Crime and Punishment, I was completely mortified. God forbid I get raped because I. Would. Be. Screwed! » Read the rest of this entry «

Are these ads really servicing the public, or do they rely on our most unstable fears for preventative measures?

My answer is no.

True Meaning of Faggot Explained on “Louie”

July 21st, 2010 § 0

Props to Louis CK for this terrific scene. And pretty bold, considering. This is first show and this clip is an intro to the second episode, with no credits or music to distract us. I believe this is done on purpose because of the conversation.

In an interview, CK explains that audiences don’t realize how much thought is put into the jokes he tells, including the ones in which he uses the word Faggot, and other derogatory terms:

Yes, and we really do talk about these things. The poker scene came from a real conversation that I had with comedian Rick Crom. He’s like a journeyman, and has been around for a long time. I’ve know him for years. Once in my ’20s, I asked him about the word f—– and if he was offended when people used it. He didn’t lecture me or tell me to stop saying it. Instead, he said we’re all grown-ups and if it’s a funny joke, go ahead and say it, but hey, if you’re interested, the story behind the word is totally devastating.

As for the rest of the jokes about gay culture, I’ve seen him do a lot of shows at the Comedy Cellar telling stories about the gay lifestyle, and all of these hetero comedians will shriek and giggle like little girls when they hear them, and I always see him smirking and going, these guys are ridiculous. So my goal was to bring all of these dynamics together.

Thinking Your Way to Orgasm Isn’t Sex

July 21st, 2010 § 2

As someone who can and has achieved orgasm without touching herself, or only by needing just a bit of friction to come really hard, believe me when I say that it isn’t sex. Why? Because, orgasm isn’t the point of sex. To me, it’s altogether different. » Read the rest of this entry «

Ladies, We should think like men more often…

June 17th, 2010 § 0

As a woman, gun enthusiast, and closeted fan of mindless gory violence, I don’t think we’ve harnessed enough mind energy to choreograph gun showdowns… and I think it’s time we embrace it. To me, it seems like the next most sensible solution to real violence is simulated violence… right??? » Read the rest of this entry «

Who Wouldn’t Want to Be Elvira?

June 15th, 2010 § 1

It’s a rainy, gray Sunday. I’ve masturbated twice and I still don’t feel tired enough for a cat nap. In these situations, I either write or watch the boob tube. Writing, however, is a luxury – a vacation.

So boob tube it is! And boob tube is what I received… along with a blast from my past! » Read the rest of this entry «

Fitness Instructors Turn Me On: Part One – Envy Girls

May 26th, 2010 § 1

Being a sex worker means I have to keep my body in shape. Not only for physical requirements, obviously, but because any self-employed individual knows their health needs to be in tiptop position. It’s the best defense against the usual stresses of any enterprise. When I begun to watch exercise shows to keep myself lean and mean, I realized that there was another element to my fitness routine that really revvs my motors: The fitness instructor.

My Affection for Danny Ray Horning

May 24th, 2010 § 0

I’m really into cop shows. Anything that has to do with law enforcement, extreme car crashes, guns, criminals – pretty much the necessary ingredients to a compelling story. I mostly stuck to true crime stories, none of the fictitious stuff either. And, most recently, I began to watch Fugitive Chronicles, stories of the most intense man hunts in history all told through the magic of reenactments.

One particular story proved masturbatory fodder for many days after I viewed it. And that is the story of Danny Ray Horning. » Read the rest of this entry «
